Hey friends, It’s been such a long time since we have talked about skincare and what I am doing lately for my routine. So today I thought it would be nice to just sit and show you.
I have been skin cycling and I can honestly say that it has really helped my skin. I used to have like acne along my jaw line. It was more near my hair line and along my jaw. It wasn’t bad but it just wasn’t something I loved. And since skin cycling it has helped clear it up. I am not saying its completely gone, Its some there but not as bad and noticeable.
What is skin cycling?
Skin cycling the term means that you rotate the products and type of ingredients the products have. You use your active ingredients on specific days and then have “rest days” for your skin to recover on other days.

I used a makeup remover to start breaking down some of the makeup and I used a reusable makeup pad from Marleys Monster. Then I applied the face wash on to my skin without water to activate the face cleanser. This method helps the cleanser break down the makeup and I slowly add water to get a good deep cleanse.
After I used the toner on damp skin and applied with another reusable makeup round. I did a patting motion to let my skin take in all the product. I let my skin breath in between each step and lastly I applied my moisture. Its a double repair moisturizer that is for my skin type.
This is an easy repair and recovery skincare routine. And I do this skin care routine for two nights of the cycling. I want to show you the other days in my cycling routine but we will save that for another day. What are your skincare products that I need to be trying?
