I love this time of year. Christmas cookies being made. Hanging out at home snuggled up and watching a movie that you might have seen a million times before. What are some of your favorite things about this time of the year? Do you have a movie or some activity that you have to do to make it feel special? I would love to know.
Well since we are always on the move this season and parties are happening. I thought a glam look would be perfect. And as always I want it to be easy for you to able to get these products. Don’t get me wrong I love a high end beauty products just like the rest of us. But at this time of the year it’s not as easy to throw down some serious cash on yourself. So with that note let’s talk about it,
For some reason for Christmas glam I think red and gold. Sparkles here and there. Just a polished look, so we are getting to play on that.

I’m gonna start with a good base and move onto bronzer and contour. I recently picked up the NYX contour trio I have the lightest shade. It seems to blend better for me and doesn’t look as harsh on my skin tone. Another thing I have been loving to use from that contour trio is that it has a fair shade that I have been using for setting my under eyes. It works so well and I have been using this trio everyday and we are going to use it a few more times in this look. The blush I have been using lately is Steve Laurant in Rose All Day. This is totally not drugstore but I got in a past Ipsy bag and its a great color for winter time.

Alright let’s move on to the eyes, We are going to mix a bit of the bronzer and contour shades and apply that to our crease. I know I have talked about this before but doing this makes it look more natural and really pulls the look together. You can even play with these shades and do the bronzer in the crease and the contour on the outer corner to make it even more glam. You can also bring the colors right at your nose to define. Look up into the mirror to do the lower lash line with the shades. Now you can leave it just like this, But I want some shimmer so I’m taking that glitter shade from the trio and patting it on the middle of my lid. You can use your finger to do so or a brush. Now liner I am using a felt tip and let’s bring it to a wing. When using a felt tip liner use the side of the liner to get more of that a glide. All of the product is sitting there in the middle so it is easier to get that really nice crisp line. Pop on some lashes, I am using Ardell Luxe Baroque and do a red lip. Now your ready for that party.

This is so beautiful and really easy. And still has that classy natural glam look. If you do this gorgeous look be sure to tag me in it. I would love to see it. Its always the best hearing from you guys.
