The Single Most Important Thing You Need To Know About Sunscreen part 3

Hi, guys welcome back to the blog. Today we are going to wrap up our series for sunscreen. But I’m not going to end things without sharing my favorite sunscreen. So,

Today we are going to talk about a sunscreen that I am loving. It is La Roche Posay – ANTHELIOS UV CORRECT FACE SUNSCREEN SPF 70 WITH NIACINAMIDE

This sunscreen is a daily anti- aging sunscreen. It has uva and uvb protection with  antioxidants and niacinamide. What I really enjoy about this sunscreen is that it is easily blendable and light weight. I have an olive skin tone so I try to find a sunscreen that has no white cast. Which that can be very hard to find. With this sunscreen from La roche posay it has no white cast and is oil free.

UVA is the longest wavelength of light that enters into the deep layers of your skin. Over time causing skin damage, wrinkling, loose skin and age spots. UVA is prevelant all seasons and all times of day.

UVB is a short wave length of light that enters the top layers of skin. UVB rays can cause sun burns, redness and skin cancer. Strongest in warmer seasons, but can burn and damage your skin year round.
