Easy Five Step Hand Skin Care

Happy Friday Friend, Welcome back to the blog.

Hand skin care is easy! I recommend using products that you already use in your skin care routine. Then you’re getting more out of your skin care products. I want to share the five easy steps to have your hands looking their best.

Step One Exfoliating. Exfoliating is an amazing way to remove debris built up dead skin cells. You use exfoliate like you would use on your body. Tree Hut Birthday party is the exfoliate that I am using.

Step Two Toner Toner is for hydration. And you want your hands to be hydrated. I use the same toner as I do on my face. I like I said use what you already have. I like to put my toner into a small travel spray bottle. I find that its a great what for an even application. Apply the toner and pat into your skin.

Step Three Cuticle Oil Cuticle oil is another great product for moisture. In this step you are moisturizing the nail bed. helping your nail beds lock in more moisture and hydration will help improve your nails. It will help make them stronger and not crack as easily. I use Sally Hansen Cuticle oil with Vitamin E.

Step Four Retinol Add a Retinol to the back of your hands and gently rub it in. Retinol will do the same for your hands as it does in your skin care. We are really just bring down your products in another area.

Step Five Lotion Let’s lock in all the products that were used with a lotion. This can be a thick lotion or a targeted hand lotion. I switch between my lotion from my skin care bag to Nivea Essentially Enriched lotion.
