Beauty Benefits from H2O

Beauty isn’t just something you to put on your face it’s what is in the inside. And the days are getting warmer and summer is peeking her head around the corner.

And when the sun is shining bright you have to remember to have more water. Wait you are drinking water, right? Well let’s talk about it,

Water is something you need to be adding into your daily routine. I had a P&P follower write in and say my hair is breaking and not growing anymore. Help! What do I do!?!?!? Water. Are you drinking enough? Your body needs water to give you a healthy body. I am going to share four beauty benefits from just drinking water each day.

Healthy hair

Everyone wants to strengthens their locks and increase growth. But dehydration stops your hair growth. If your scalp isn’t getting moisture or becoming dehydrated the results will turn into hair loss. Nobody ever wants to see more and more of hair being caught into your hair brush that’s never a good feeling. Drinking water will also eliminate dandruff.

Healthy skin

Water helps your body flush out toxins and leaves your skin looking fresh. Brittle or peeling nails also is telling you that you need more than just a sip of water. Staying hydrated helps you maintain moisture which helps your skin have more elasticity. Increasing your elasticity will delay the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

Energy

Our body is made of 60% of water. Let’s take a sip of water, Dehydration can leave you feeling drained and fatigued. You don’t have to drown yourself in water but giving yourself enough water to stay hydrated. You can tell you’re well hydrated when you don’t feel thirsty and your urine is light-colored. And yes you will go to the bathroom at least 400 times a day. Ha ha ha not really but it will totally feel like it.

Better Sleep

Becoming dehydrated effects your sleep and you may start to experience different interferences. Room temperature water increases blood circulation, helps your body to be able to break down waste, and increases sweat output. Drinking warm water before bed will keep you hydrated through the night and may help the body to rid itself of unwanted toxins.

Don’t mind my no makeup look it was Sunday and I try to give my skin a break from makeup

There are so many things water does for your body. I made a cute free printout for you! So you can keep track of how much water you are drinking. (Click the link below to download the water tracker.) Just mark or color the glasses for each one you finish. And there is a place for you to write notes for how your feeling or what you have seen change. Be sure to print one out for you BFF so you can challenge and support each other to up your water game. So get going, grab a water and start chugging.
