Let’s kick off year four of 12 Days of Creators with a great creator.

Welcome to the most wonderful time of the year. For 12 days I will introduce you to 12 amazing creators that are doing BIG things and creating. Showcasing others and building a supportive community is so close to my heart. I love supporting others and that was the inspiration behind this series.
Today we are meeting a creator that is going to show you a tutorial and how you can begin anytime.

Hello! Iโm Ariana! I am the creator of Beginners Guide to Makeup and Iโm here to help you feel more confident with your makeup skills. With over 4 years of experience as a makeup enthusiast, Iโm passionate about empowering beginners like you to explore the world of makeup. Makeup has always been therapeutic for me, and I want to share that joy with you!
I created a tutorial for you so we can do a small tutorial together.
This was an easy winter makeup look that you can do anytime when you need a quick look.
I am barefaced right now, so we’re just going to get straight into the makeup look. One of the easiest ways to get the most from your makeup is having a hydrated base. I’m just going to use this rose water and all I do is I just shake it up and then I spritz it all over my face. Now that we’ve got that down, we’re going to head on to the makeup. So for my base, I’m just going to be using concealer. It’s winter, so I want to be very bright and kind of just like a blushy look. This is the Elf Hydrating Camo concealer in shade, fair, warm. And all I’m going to do is I’m just going to apply the concealer on the following areas. I really like to apply it under my eyes, and I’ll drag it up as well and then I’ll apply it on my forehead, right around my nose, and then chin.
Recently, I’ve been obsessed with beauty puffs. I find that this just gives me a flawless finish whenever I’m trying to get, like, a really precise makeup look. A powder puff also leaves you with such, like, a velvety finish. It’s super flawless, and I recommend that you try it. So all I’m going to do is I just kind of just start going in. And I love how it fits, like, right in this corner. So it does allow you to be really precise. And I’m just going to blend it. And remember to continue padding to get the best results.
Now, a trick that I really recommend is that you just swipe whatever you have remaining on top of your eyes. I don’t know why it works so well. But it does. And it just leaves you with a super bright eye. And I just love it. And it really kind of just ties in everything together, especially when you’re only using concealer. Next, we’re going to move on to blush. So blush is really going to be the focus of this entire makeup look. I’m going to be using rare beauty in the Shade, nearly Berry, along with the Jouer cosmetics, blush and Bloom stick and Shade celebrate me. I find that these two, like, as a duo, make such a good shade. So we’re going to do it. When working with cream makeup products, I recommend just going like that, like do a swipe on the actual brush just so that you have more control of the pigment and so that you don’t end up looking super scary when you’re done. So then I just like to go like that on the back of my hand. And then you can see how it kind of just easily distributes. And you’re just going to apply this on the apples of your cheeks and you’re going to kind of drag it up all the way up. And I kind of just like to go that. And you can see here it’s really kind of creating that viral, like, that Cold Girl trend that was really popular last year.
And look. How pretty that is. It’s just a really pretty flush of color, and it looks supernatural as well. And then we’re just going to repeat the process on the other side. Now I’m just going to lock it in with a shimmery powder blush. I love this one from the dior palette. It’s super pretty, and I just find that it’s going to lock in the blush, but it’s also going to give it like you see how it adds just that slight shimmer? So that’s what I like to use this button. Now we’re going to focus on the eyes. So I really love this fenty beauty, how many carats? And all I’m going to do look at how pretty that is. It’s the perfect shimmer. It’s, like, perfect for the winter. And I’m just going to apply this on each eyelid.
And I love wearing this look. It’s like a shimmery, glossy type of eyeshadow. It’s just so beautiful and perfect for a natural winter makeup look. And it looks stunning in the sun as well. Let look at that. It’s reflective. So we’re just going to do this on the other side now. And I really recommend that you use your finger to apply this because a brush does not work as well. I found that just using. Your finger is the best way to get the most out of this eyeshadow. And you can see it just adds this really subtle hint of silver, but it’s also sparkly.I’m going to curl my lashes, apply mascara, and I’ll be right back. And also when you’re using mascara, just make sure to be really careful so that you don’t have to wipe it up after and then remove that beautiful eyeshadow that we just applied. And now for lips, I’m going to be using the Chanel Lip Liqueur in shade eight. Vibrant pink.
This is stunning. And so all I’d like to do is I just apply a little bit, and it’s super bright. So I’ll just go like that, and then you’re just going to go like and I find that it just adds a really nice tint and it lasts long as well. Now we’re almost done. As a finishing touch, I’m just going to be adding some of this white shimmer from this dior palette on my inner corner. And this is just going to give me, like I don’t know, I feel like it gives, like, a really, like, look at how that kind of just opens up my eye. And it makes it definitely a little bit more winter themed. It, and then I’m just going to blend out whatever I have with a clean finger just to kind of even it out a little bit, I guess. My cat wanted to join me for the outro, but I hope you found this helpful. And be sure to head over to Beginnersguidesmakeup.com for any more makeup tutorials, tricks and tips for beginners.
