Hi! I’m Rubie over at @rubietuesdaysblog and I love all things colorful! I started my page to talk about mental health, share my love of colors, and inspire and encourage others through positivity. I am a second-grade teacher and love creating as a fun outlet for me! I also love sharing puns to make others laugh.
So Rubie let’s start things off in a holiday feel. What is your favorite holiday activity?
My favorite holiday activity is baking cookies! Growing up my grandma and I would spend a few nights leading up to Christmas baking cookies. We’d make hundreds of them! After she passed away, I vowed to continue that tradition with my family!
Do you have some advice for someone starting out as a creator?
Figure out what you are passionate about and use that as your niche. Also don’t be afraid to reach out to brands, many love working with micro-influencers!
What is something that you are really proud of?
I proud of how far my editing skills have come! I love experimenting and trying new things and I love that my photos have become more colorful and more “me”, also really proud that I’ve been able to work with some of my dream brands!
